Aggressively address infrastructure issues by paving damaged roads, and launching citywide cleanup
efforts to enhance neighborhood safety, appearance, and pride.
Affordable Healthy Foods & Recycling Programs:
Establish comprehensive city recycling programs and affordable healthy food initiatives,
increasing food security and sustainability across Birmingham communities.
Community Intellectual Activities:
Fund and support regular citywide chess tournaments and intellectual competitions,
promoting critical thinking, mentorship, and community unity.
Protect Federal Funding:
End sanctuary city status to secure continued access to crucial federal funds, benefiting citywide projects and community programs.
Strengthen UAB & Medical Research:
Actively support medical and research institutions such as UAB, retaining talent, preserving Birmingham’s tax base, and driving economic development through innovation.
